This role is responsible for managing visitor check-ins, answering and directing calls, and performing basic clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the front desk. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:Visitor Management:Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.Ensure visitors sign in and complete required entries in the visitor register.Issue visitor badges and ensure they are returned upon departure.Verify that all visitors and employees display authorized badges when entering the facility.Front Desk Operations:Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally using the Front Desk telephone system.Provide basic information to callers and visitors or redirect inquiries to the appropriate department.Clerical Support:Perform basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and typing documents as needed.Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the reception area.Additional Duties:Assist with other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor to support the team.Required Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or receptionist role.Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service.Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with multi-line phone systems.Basic knowledge of visitor management systems or security protocols.Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Why CTC?Our teams at CTC are passionate and thrive on collaboration in a team environment.When we encounter a difficult problem, we have a variety of talented and diverse employees that work together to solve the toughest challenges.Competitive salary and benefits package.Although our work at CTC is extremely important, we also recognize the need for our employees to maintain a proper mix of work and personal life.Visit to learn more.Join us!
