About the Position

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Locums Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team in Upland, CA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional outcomes.

Compensation: $90.00-$100.00 Per Hour

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including histories and physical exams.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests.
• Provide patient and family education on treatment plans and preventive care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in California (or ability to obtain).
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• National Board Certification as an NP (FNP, AGNP, or specialty equivalent).
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred; new grads considered with strong clinical background.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
