Strategic Operational Solutions, Inc. (STOPSO) is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to support a high-profile DoD customer in Arlington, VA. This full-time, onsite role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm, with occasional after-hours coverage as needed. You will handle Tier I/II incidents, manage tickets for a 4,000-user community, and work to resolve issues within SLA while delivering professional service via phone and email. #J-18808-Ljbffr Strategic Operational Solutions
