Pay: $21-27/hr | Weekly Pay | Full-Time | Long-Term

We’re hiring 15+ Production Team Members to join our fast-growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on, entry-level role with paid training, bus-friendly location (Swing only) , and tons of room to move up.

Available Shifts (Monday–Friday)

Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Swing Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Graveyard 10 Pm - 6:30 AM

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work in one of our production departments supporting semiconductor manufacturing (don’t worry — we train you).

Cleanroom Team:

Inspect, clean, dry, and package parts
Work with hand tools, ovens, and testing equipment
Follow quality and cleanliness standards
Keep work areas organized and safe

Chemroom Team:

Clean and prepare parts using chemicals
Follow step-by-step safety procedures
Use tools like pressure washers, sanders, and hoists
Maintain a clean, safe workspace

Assembly:

Assemble parts with precision
Meet daily production goals
Work as part of a team

What We’re Looking For:

Reliable and ready to work
Comfortable with hands-on tasks
Able to follow instructions and safety rules
Detail-oriented (doing it right matters here)
Previous production or assembly experience is a plus — not required
