Associate Dentist – Mentorship + Partnership Track

Family Dentistry of Lititz | Lititz, PA

Family Dentistry of Lititz is seeking a patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing team. This is a full-time replacement role with strong earning potential, mentorship in advanced procedures, and a clear path to future partnership .

• Established, single-location practice with 10 fully equipped operatories
• Immediate patient flow (replacement role)
• Mentorship available in implants, periodontics, and advanced procedures
• Modern technology: digital radiography, intraoral cameras, digital scanning, Dentrix Ascend
• Highly trained clinical support team:
• • 4 Hygienists
  • 2 EFDAs (and growing)
  • Dedicated front office team
• PPO patient base only (no Medicaid/HMO)

• ~30 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
• Current hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Expanding to include Fridays (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

• 30% of collections
• 50% of lab fees
• PTO
• 401(k)
• Strong long-term earning potential with partnership opportunity

You’ll have the opportunity to perform a wide range of procedures, including:

• Restorative dentistry
• Removable prosthetics
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Clear aligner orthodontics (Invisalign-type cases)
• Limited oral surgery
• Endodontics
• Periodontics
• Dental implant restoration

Mentorship is available for dentists looking to expand their skills in advanced procedures.

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Pennsylvania
• Open to both experienced dentists and new graduates
• Passion for patient-centered care and long-term relationships
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
