Business Systems Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support a higher education IT PMO team by partnering with business and technical stakeholders to drive process improvements, technology initiatives, and system implementations. This role focuses on requirements gathering, workflow documentation, business analysis, UAT coordination, and project support from discovery through go-live. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and collaborative, with strong communication skills and experience translating business needs into actionable solutions while supporting multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of business analysis, process improvement, project coordination, or system implementation experience

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements

• Experience supporting UAT, requirements validation, and implementation activities • Business process review or process improvement experience

• PMO environment experience

• Process mapping and workflow analysis knowledge

• Knowledge of information security, privacy, and compliance requirements (including Texas Administrative Code 202)
