Looking to step into a role where you can lead, grow, and earn based on performance ? All-Weather Seal is expanding our field marketing team and looking for driven individuals to develop into Canvassing Team Leads .

What You’ll Be Doing:

Phase 1: Training & Development

• Learn how to confidently engage homeowners in the field
• Generate qualified leads by introducing our services (windows, bath/shower remodeling, metal roofing)
• Develop communication and sales skills through hands-on experience
• Hit personal performance goals

Phase 2: Team Lead Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a small canvassing team
• Set the tone for energy, work ethic, and performance
• Help train and coach new team members
• Track team performance and results
• Lead by example in the field

Schedule:

• Full-time availability required
• Afternoons, evenings, and some weekends (based on team and event needs)

• Previous canvassing, sales, retail, or team leadership experience is a plus (not required)
