The David Williams Farmers Insurance Agency is hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing team!

Our insurance agency is located in Moline, and we're up to big things! We provide Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance to help protect our clients, and their assets. What kind of training will I receive?

Is prior insurance sales experience required?

No! You don’t need to know anything about insurance or insurance sales to apply. We provide all of the product and sales training that you’ll need to be successful!

What can I reasonably expect to make in the first year?

If you follow our sales process, at the very least you can expect to make $70,000 in your first year with your base salary, commission, and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Create insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales

• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support

• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

• WOW our customers and earn referrals.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Current Property/Casualty Insurance License (or we help you get licensed and cover the cost)

- Current or obtain Life & Health License within 90 days (reimbursed for by company)

- Sales Experience or a client-facing background is preferred

- Positive, Energetic and Professional Demeanor

- Proven track record of winning

- Intrinsically driven to be successful

- Excellent Communication Skills -- written, verbal and listening

- Typing: at least 30 wpm

- Pass a background check
