Department: Customer Service Job Location: Atlanta Reports To: Customer Service Manager Position Type: Summer Intern Job Summary The Summer Customer Success Intern will support the Customer Service team in daily administrative operations, customer communications, and payment processing while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage customer feedback inbox Support customer service phone and email queues Assist with sending Authorize.net payment links Support credit request submissions in Great Plains Coordinate and mail customer swatches Maintain documentation and records Why Join Liberty Hands‑on experience with real customer interactions Exposure to business systems and processes Opportunity to contribute to team success Customer service and communication skill development Exposure to ERP systems and payment tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
