What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care in the PCU float pool during night shifts
• Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity levels; coverage may be required at a nearby hospital with minimal walking distance
• Utilize Epic telehealth system for charting and communication
• Start IVs, monitor vital signs, and administer medications
• Respond to patient needs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards
• Document accurately and timely patient information

What You Need

• Valid Ohio Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience in acute care, ICU, or general med-surg units
• Strong IV skills and proficiency with Epic electronic medical records
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to float to different units within the hospital as needed
