Associate Attorney

Key Responsibilities: Oversee legal aspects of non-judicial foreclosure proceedings and banking litigation matters Review, examine, and analyse complex title work Draft court documents, pleadings, motions, and official correspondence Represent financial institutions at court hearings and legal proceedings Provide strategic legal guidance to clients, support staff, and internal teams Collaborate closely with firm leadership on case progression and department goals Qualifications: Active membership in good standing with the Colorado Supreme Court A year of experience as a practising attorney Experience in real estate, banking law, or foreclosure preferred Proven ability to handle court appearances, title analysis, and legal document drafting Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 – $120,000 . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
