Clinical Nurse Neuro Renal Transplant

Position Summary Are you an experienced RN with at least 1 year of bedside experience, looking to join a Nationally recognized Pediatric Health System? Our Neurology, Transplant, and Renal Acute Care unit is looking to add great talent. Join this fast paced, high acuity floor to expand on or gain pediatric experience. Every other weekend required. Shifts will vary. Relocation assitance offered. *New Grads will no be considered. Only experienced Nurses will be considered. This position works in collaboration with the healthcare team, patient and family to promote patient health through delivery of professional nursing care appropriate to patients age and condition as documented in the nursing and medical plans of care in accordance with evidence-based nursing and patient care practice standards and hospital goals, values and regulatory standards. Education Two year (ADN) degree in nursing, a four year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree. (Required) Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or currently enrolled in an RN to BSN program. (Preferred) Certifications Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date.
