Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals and make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team on a part-time basis. This flexible position will provide nursing coverage for both 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shifts based on facility needs.The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering quality resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and collaborating with physicians, registered nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to promote positive resident outcomes.ResponsibilitiesAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the supervising nurse or physician.Accurately document assessments, treatments, and resident care activities.Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to support resident recovery goals.Provide education and support to residents and their families.Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing long-term care.QualificationsCurrent and unrestricted LPN license in the state of employment.Previous long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required.Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.Current BLS/CPR certification required.SchedulePart-TimeFlexible Scheduling3:00 PM to 11:00 PM11:00 PM to 7:00 AMOpportunity to pick up additional shiftsBenefitsWe offer the following benefits for eligible employees and their families:Competitive WagesSign-On BonusFlexible Scheduling401(k) with Company MatchEmployee Referral ProgramProfessional Growth and Development OpportunitiesEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity within our organization.
