Were looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Yakima, WA! In this role, youll build relationships, assist clients with policy updates, issue insurance documentation, and provide top-tier service. No insurance experience? No problem! We provide 100% licensing assistance and training to set you up for success. The position offers a base salary of $40,000 - $80,000 per year , with quarterly commissions, a year-end performance bonus, and a monthly base pay.

Mon-Fri Schedule

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
• Develop accurate insurance quotes tailored to customer needs
• Process policy changes and update client information
• Handle payments and issue essential insurance documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
• Maintain detailed records and provide exceptional customer service

• No prior insurance experience requiredwe provide full training and licensing assistance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset
