Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA to join our team in Methuen, MA. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing behavioral interventions, and providing training and support to our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients

• Implement behavioral interventions and train RBTs on program implementation

• Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs to ensure high-quality services

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and program implementation

• Collaborate with colleagues, Families, and other professionals to develop and implement client plans

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligibility for certification

• Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education)

• Minimum 0 years of experience working with individuals with ASD

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
