Relationship Banker - Bilingual Spanish Language Preferred

Responsibilities Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions. Accurately process cash transactions. Conduct deep conversations with clients to understand financial priorities and connect them to solutions. Execute the bank’s risk culture and operational excellence. Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs. Follow established processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to laws and regulations. Grow business knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments. Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively. Drive the client experience. Manage cash responsibilities. Qualifications Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and focus on results. Collaborative and builds strong relationships. Passionate, committed drive to improve clients’ financial lives. Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on needs. Communicates effectively and confidently, comfortable engaging all clients. Quick learner adapting to new info and tech platforms. Educates clients on how to conduct simple banking transactions via self‑service technologies. Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Follows established processes and guidelines, adheres to laws and regulations. Efficient time and capacity management. Focuses on results while acting in clients’ best interest. Able to work weekends and extended hours and travel. Desired Qualifications Experience in financial services industry, products, and solutions. One year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals. Six months of cash handling experience. Bachelor's degree or business‑relevant Associate’s degree (business management, administration, finance).
