Step into Leadership with Rytech.At Rytech Restoration, we don't just respond to emergencies-we build leaders who run them.If you've built a solid background in water mitigation, fire damage restoration, or mold remediation and you're ready to lead crews and own projects, this is your next step.What You'll OwnLead crews on water mitigation, fire restoration, and mold remediation projectsDrive job performance, drying goals, and project timelinesEnsure all work meets IICRC standardsTrain and develop technicians into strong field performersManage equipment setup (air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA)Oversee job documentation (photos, moisture logs, daily reports)Serve as the main contact for customers and adjustersWhat You Bring and Requirements3+ years in restoration, water damage, or mitigation services- with IICRC WRT Cert.Leadership experience (Crew Chief, Lead Tech, or Supervisor)Strong understanding of drying equipment and moisture mappingValid driver's license (acceptable MVR)Preferred:CRC certificationsExperience with MICA, Mitigate, Dash, or XactimateWhy RytechEstablished national restoration brand with strong reputationReal leadership growth opportunitiesConsistent, year-round emergency service workTeam-focused culture that values accountability and performanceRytech Restoration is committed to maintaining a safe, professional, and compliant work environment.
