Compensation: $70,000 - 75,000+ plus performance bonus

The Opportunity

Touching Hearts at Home is seeking an experienced Home Care Operations Manager to lead daily operations, caregiver scheduling, client services, and workforce performance across our growing home care agency.

This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives on solving problems, supporting caregivers, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and driving operational excellence. You will play a direct role in client satisfaction, caregiver retention, staffing strategy, and agency growth.

What You'll Do

  • Own and oversee the master caregiver schedule.
  • Ensure client shifts are staffed and maintain high coverage levels.
  • Manage call-offs, no-call/no-shows, and urgent staffing needs.
  • Match caregivers and clients to maximize continuity of care.
  • Conduct 30-, 60-, and 90-day client touchpoints.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and resolve service concerns.
  • Review caregiver reports and escalate safety or clinical concerns when appropriate.
  • Partner with recruiting to ensure staffing keeps pace with growth.
  • Monitor caregiver utilization, overtime, and workforce capacity.
  • Produce and review operational KPI reports.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in home care, healthcare operations, staffing, scheduling, or workforce management.
  • Home care experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with scheduling software and workforce management systems preferred.
