From carpet care to air quality systems, you ensure customers can get back to work—safely, quickly, and cost-effectively.PayHourly Pay: $19.00 + Monthly BonusWhat you will doDiagnose and repair commercial cleaning, restoration, and surface-prep equipmentService 2, 3 & 4 cylinder gas engines and related componentsRestore performance on truck-mounted carpet cleaning units and portable carpet extractorsMaintain hard surface floor cleaning machinesRepair duct cleaning and deodorizing equipmentBring dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, air movers, and HEPA vacuums back to specUse testing instruments, troubleshooting guides, and OEM manuals correctlyCreate service orders; build bids; present repair estimates clearlySchedule and track appointments in service softwareCommunicate with customers in person, by phone, and via emailCoordinate shop workload with other technicians and store staffOrder parts and work directly with vendorsMaintain shop tools; keep work areas clean, organized, and safeMeet or beat department quality and productivity goalsAssist teammates and take direction from supervisorsWhat you bringPreferred 2+ years’ experience in one or more: commercial cleaning/restoration equipment; small engine repair/maintenance; pressure washer service; vehicle repair/maintenanceValid driver license; clean MVR with no DUIs or careless/reckless entries in the past 3 yearsHigh school diploma or equivalentOwn a basic mechanic’s tool setMechanical aptitude, technical proficiency, and strong attention to detailFast, accurate diagnostics and problem-solvingSafety-first approach with consistent use of safety glasses, hearing protection, and PPEReliable focus and time management to complete quality workAbility to lift 50+ lbs regularlyProfessional appearance and demeanor; strong written and verbal communication; basic computer literacyOccasional overtime availabilityBilingual English/Spanish appreciatedWhere you’ll shineEquipment/parts counter sales supportElectrical systems and diagnostics (heavy equipment knowledge welcomed)Hands-on troubleshooting and root-cause analysisRepair and preventive maintenance executionHow we workCustomer-first communication and honest estimatesTeam-aligned scheduling and workload balancingClean, organized, and safe workspaces every shift #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
