Competencies Needed for Success: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field 10+ years of hands-on R&D experience in shelf-stable liquid food or beverage development Proven expertise in formulation, thermal/non-thermal processing, and shelf-life stability Experience scaling formulations from bench to manufacturing, including leading plant trials Strong customer engagement skills, including co-development, troubleshooting, and technical presentations Nice to Have Skills: Advanced degree in Food Science or related discipline Experience in high-paced, customer-driven environments such as ingredient or food manufacturing companies Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred Over 10 years of practical experience in liquid food product development and commercialization Join a forward-thinking company dedicated to innovation and excellence in food science.
