Our agency opened in 2024 and has quickly grown into a close-knit, hardworking team of three. Ive been with State Farm for nine years its the only company Ive ever worked for and I started as a team member before opening my own agency. That experience shaped how I lead today: with empathy, energy, and a focus on creating an environment where people truly enjoy coming to work. As a mom of five (ages 19 to 4), family and work-life balance are huge priorities for me, and I make sure my team enjoys that same flexibility and support. We believe that when you take care of your people, theyll take care of your customers. Our office culture is fun, social, and full of positivity. Were a tight-knit team that works hard, celebrates wins, and shares plenty of laughs along the way. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ashley Taylor - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We look forward to connecting with you if you are the customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
