Our agency opened in 2024 and has quickly grown into a close-knit, hardworking team of three. Ive been with State Farm for nine years its the only company Ive ever worked for and I started as a team member before opening my own agency. That experience shaped how I lead today: with empathy, energy, and a focus on creating an environment where people truly enjoy coming to work.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ashley Taylor - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
