Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an HVAC Installer based in Lake Worth, FL. The HVAC Installer will be responsible for installing complete air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial properties, ensuring all work is performed to the highest level of quality, safety, and professionalism. Day-to-day responsibilities include system installations, equipment setup, testing newly installed systems, and ensuring all work meets manufacturer specifications and local codes. This role also involves working closely with team members and maintaining a clean, professional presence on job sites, especially in high-end residential environments.
