Express Employment is seeking an experienced Motor Rebuilder for a reputable Industrial Repair company in Tampa. This hands-on role is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and rebuilding various types of electric motors.
Responsibilities- Tear down, inspect, diagnose, and rebuild electric motors
- Repair or replace faulty components and perform final testing
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations to the GM
- Maintain accurate repair records
- Keep shop areas clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Assist with additional duties as needed
- Minimum 5 years of motor rebuilding experience (required)
- Manual CNC Machining, Lathes and Mills.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Proficient with diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Good communication skills
