Approximately one‑third of your time will be spent in learning spaces — demonstrating facilitation methods, observing implementation, and conducting alignment reviews. The remainder focuses on curriculum architecture, coaching educators toward concrete and quantifiable benchmarks, and providing families with research‑informed communication. What You Will Be Doing Conduct individualized and small‑group coaching for PreK educators, demonstrating instructional methods and acknowledging quantifiable achievements. Architect and lead play‑centered learning experiences that integrate social‑emotional learning, literacy, numeracy, and physical development, setting the standard for team execution. Assess and align educator documentation on a weekly basis for rubric consistency and clarity, facilitating calibration meetings to maintain milestone visibility. What You Won’t Be Doing Executing prescriptive lesson plans or procedure‑focused protocols — you will create responsive, play‑centered learning frameworks informed by live developmental data. Implementing a standardized curriculum mandated by leadership — you control the design of quarterly and weekly learning experiences. Operating without structured feedback mechanisms — coaching dialogues and calibration reviews are embedded weekly. Overseeing K‑12 learners engaged in software‑based instruction — this position is exclusively early childhood, classroom‑based, and hands‑on. Key Responsibilities Advance campus‑wide PreK readiness results by coaching educators, ensuring program consistency, and creating engaging, evidence‑informed learning environments. Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related discipline; Master’s degree or specialized certification preferred. At least 5 years of professional experience in early childhood education, child development, or a closely related field.
