Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill neonates in a Level III NICU setting
• Manage infants requiring mechanical ventilation, including conventional ventilators and high-frequency oscillators
• Provide care for infants undergoing therapeutic cooling protocols
• Monitor and assess neonatal patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Experience working in a Level III NICU environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage neonates on ventilators, oscillators, and cooling devices

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-acuity or large-volume NICU
• Familiarity with a wide range of neonatal critical care technologies and interventions
