The ideal candidate must have experience in a critical care setting. Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and communication skills are essential. The nurse will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Candidates should be prepared to manage complex patient needs effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required. This position involves providing care to critically ill patients with various medical issues.
