Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in care planning and execution.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, and perform procedures as ordered; respond to changes in patient condition.
- Document care accurately and communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team.

Requirements
- Ability to work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts (3x12-hour days)
- Ability to deliver nursing care per the nursing process in a hospital setting
- Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and problem-solving skills
- Effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and clear written/verbal communication
- Willingness to travel for a temporary assignment
