Position Overview

We are looking for driven, coachable Sales Representatives who are motivated by performance and income potential. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in a structured sales process , presenting offers via Zoom/webinars , and handling objections using proven scripts and frameworks.

Whether you have prior sales experience or are looking to break into sales, success in this role comes down to attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn and execute .

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and actively participate in scheduled webinars, training sessions, and interviews

• Present offers to prospective clients via Zoom or virtual presentations

• Follow a structured sales script/framework to guide conversations and handle objections

• Engage with prospects through calls, meetings, and follow-ups to move them through the sales process

• Track activity, leads, and results using CRM or internal systems

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

• Maintain professional communication with prospects via phone, video, and written channels

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales (inside sales, B2C, outbound, or door-to-door) is strongly preferred

• Experience in high-ticket or field sales is a plus, but not required

• Comfortable presenting and closing deals through Zoom or webinar-style presentations

• Basic tech proficiency (Zoom, calendars, CRM systems)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
