Alvita Care Registered Nurse Opportunity

Alvita Care is hiring compassionate, clinically skilled Registered Nurses to provide one-on-one, individualized care to clients in their homes throughout Nassau County. Pay: $70$75 (hourly), $120-$150 (SNV)

What You'll Do

• Deliver skilled nursing care in clients' homes
• Complete assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Develop and follow individualized care plans
• Coordinate with clients, families, and the care team
• Educate and support clients and families
• Document care accurately and on time

What You'll Need

• Active NY RN license
• Home care experience preferred (not required)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Up-to-date medicals/vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
• Completed drug screen or Habituation Form
