Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with hands-on experience in designing motors and engines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end design, analysis, and development of mechanical components and systems, ensuring performance, efficiency, and manufacturability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop motors, engines, and related mechanical components from concept to production.
• Create detailed 2D/3D CAD models, drawings, and specifications using tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.
• Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and analysis (thermal, structural, fatigue) to validate designs.
• Conduct tolerance stack-up analysis and ensure design compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, electrical, quality) to ensure design feasibility and integration.
• Prepare and review Bill of Materials (BOM), technical documentation, and design specifications.
• Support prototyping, testing, and validation activities for new motor/engine designs.
• Troubleshoot design issues and implement corrective actions based on test results and field feedback.
• Ensure designs meet safety, regulatory, and performance requirements (e.g., emissions standards, efficiency ratings).
