Nursing Professional Development Practitioner

Intermountain Health

Intermountain Health seeks a Nursing Professional Development Practitioner for our Pediatric/NICU teams. In this role, you will design, deliver, and evaluate education for nurses and interdisciplinary staff, supporting onboarding, competency validation, and ongoing professional development. You will integrate evidence-based practice, lead simulation and skills training, and partner with clinical leaders to improve patient outcomes. Join a mission-driven, collaborative environment focused on patient-centered care, continuous learning, and advancing neonatal and pediatric excellence across our system.
