Operations Analyst - ATM Settlement

General Description

Performs ATM's Settlement and Solve Other Banks' Claims.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Resolve ATMs differences resulted from Host approval process and General Ledger settlements performed by branches and ATM Off Premises units using programs such as Bank's Customer Information System, Base 24, SAP, ATM Journal application and other platforms for ATM financial adjustments to provide the best service and support the operations. Performs calls, entries, and ATM settlements accordingly. Follow up on responses, identify if further actions need to be taken.
• Handle ATM claims to or from other financial institutions through ATM Network Switch and perform the ACH Settlement required.
• Manage calls pertaining to transaction investigations as required.
• Process various miscellaneous side functions within the department as assigned.
• Assist in Disaster Recovery Testing as needed.
• Assist in Testing new applications as needed.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration (Accounting or Finance)

Experience

At least one year of related experience.

Other Qualifications

• Proficient in both English and Spanish
• Experience in accounting procedures and cycle
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate with peers to meet common goals.
• Experience and good skills managing different computer systems and programs such as SAP, Base 24, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), among other platforms.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. Available to work different working hours, including weekends and/or holydays.
