Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Commercial Relationship Manager to develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients while identifying opportunities for business growth. This role combines relationship management, strategic communication, and customer-focused problem-solving to ensure outstanding client experiences and long-term success.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and business partners.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that support their objectives.
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and develop new business relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor client satisfaction and resolve inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Prepare reports, presentations, and account updates as needed.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business activities.
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all communications.
