Data Engineer

What you’ll do Design, build, and maintain data pipelines that feed AI models. Develop robust ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and integrate data from enterprise sources. Build, curate and optimize high‑quality datasets and pipelines. Design and manage data stores optimized for AI workloads. Ensure data quality, lineage, and observability through validation, monitoring, and documentation. Collaborate with ML engineers to deliver the right data in the right shape. Implement data governance, privacy, and access controls in partnership with security engineers. Document data sources, schemas, and pipeline architecture for technical and business stakeholders. What you bring 3+ years of experience in data engineering or development with a data focus. Proven experience building and operating production data pipelines at scale. Proficiency in SQL and a programming language such as Python or Scala. Hands‑on experience with data processing frameworks (e.g. Spark, Kafka). Familiarity with data lake house technologies (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks). Experience preparing data for AI and analytical use cases. Knowledge of cloud data platforms. Solid grasp of data modeling, data quality, and governance practices. A collaborative mindset and the ability to partner closely with engineering & business teams. Knowledge of privacy, security and compliance requirements for enterprise software. Compensation The targeted annual combined range for this position is 101,900-224,000 USD, inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target.
