Alton Memorial offers patients a variety of inpatient and outpatient services, including surgery services, medical imaging, interventional and diagnostic heart services, cancer care, rehabilitation, 24-hour emergency care, ambulance services and more.The Radiology department is equipped with CR and PACS technology to do general radiology in the department, as well as within the ED, OR and hospital floors. Digital Mammography (such as screenings, diagnostic work-ups, stereotactic breast biopsies, plusRole PurposeThe Radiology Technologist performs general imaging radiographic procedures to adult and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disordersResponsibilitiesPrepares patient and equipment for procedures.
