Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and coachable Junior Sales Associate to join our remote sales team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to launch a career in insurance sales. You'll learn how to guide clients through the insurance process, offer personalized coverage options, and build lasting relationshipsall while working from home and earning uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual or phone-based consultations with potential clients
- Learn and use proven scripts to understand client needs
- Match clients with the best insurance solutions
- Maintain accurate records through CRM tools
- Follow up with clients and ensure satisfaction after policy placement
- Participate in training, mentorship, and weekly team calls
