Customer Experience Banker (Non NMLS) Our branch banking roles offer a welcoming and inclusive team environment where you are empowered each day to help our customers achieve their financial goals. As a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS, you serve as a Financial Concierge for walk‑in customers, managing relationships, processing transactions accurately, balancing daily books, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively. Educate customers on consumer deposit products and banking services. Identify and pursue opportunities to grow customer relationships using a disciplined sales process, follow‑up program, outbound calling, and referrals. Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships and build strong partnerships. Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures. Demonstrate proficiency in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (minimum) or Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or related role. Preferred Qualifications 1 year or more of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal‑driven retail sales. Cash handling skills. Comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking services. Workplace Office-based. Certain positions outside the branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement, combining in‑office and remote work. Additional Information Hiring Status: non‑exempt (eligible for overtime pay). Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
