Associate Brand Manager

Responsibilities Design and implement effective marketing strategies to commercialize innovative, consumer‑driven products for Talking Rain and Sparkling Ice. Execute sales, retailer, and consumer support programs. Analyze diverse data sets, transform brand metrics into sales materials, and recommend plans to enhance margins. Collaborate with the Insights team and support packaging and product development throughout the entire lifecycle. Build business cases and provide recommendations related to packaging, promotions, and other key initiatives that drive business results. Support innovation through tasting sessions, competitive product evaluations, and formula explorations with key stakeholders. Complete other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in brand, marketing, or product management, ideally within a consumer‑packaged goods (CPG) company. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience leading projects and programs to completion. Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel). Experience with end‑to‑end product development and commercialization processes. Experience with syndicated data (IRI preferred). Familiarity with traditional trade channels (food, mass, club, convenience) and e‑commerce. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment and balance multiple priorities. Strong communication skills and willingness to navigate change and ambiguity. Passion for the consumer and a creative mindset. Comfortable using data throughout the role and building financial models. Ability to travel 1–3 times per quarter, based on business need.
