Housing Support & Life Skills Advocate
Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless
Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless provides daily living and life skills support to residents in permanent supportive housing. Drives residents (in own vehicle) to appointments and community locations as needed. This position is hybrid position that spans two programs, VIP 35% of the time and PPH2 65% of the time. The person will assist residents with securing housing, problem solving, safety during home visits, documentation, transportation, crisis intervention, group activities, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless
