Multiple paraprofessional positions are now available to work with K-12 students from August 2026 through May 2027, with caseload assignments including Lifeskills, Autism Support (SAILS), Behavior (BSC), and high-incidence needs. This contract role allows you to make a meaningful difference across elementary, middle, and high school settings.

Your preferences for specific grade levels and classroom types will be discussed during the interview process, ensuring the placement is a great fit for your skills and interests. Interviews are conducted prior to hiring recommendations, and you’ll receive more details about campus and assignment upon an offer. Candidates with prior experience in school settings will receive priority consideration.

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional, ideally within a school context
• Ability to adapt to different classroom settings and work collaboratively with teachers
• Comfort supporting students with a variety of unique learning needs
• Flexibility in caseload and classroom types (Lifeskills, Autism, Behavior, and High-Incidence)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in implementing individualized instructional strategies
• Support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance as needed
• Help manage classroom routines and maintain a structured setting
• Encourage student participation and independence
