Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Admissions Director :
Previous Long Term Care experience required
Previous experience as a Director of Admissions preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of admissions processes, insurance verification, and census development
Ability to build and maintain relationships with hospitals, referral sources, residents, and families
