Description: PT- Home Health: San Bernardino/Ontario territoryLOCALS at TR Home Health experience preferred; if no Home Health experience, must have Outpatient experience as the minimumCA license in hand preferredOasis experience required- may consider candidates without Oasis if they have solid HH experience GWW hours are based on completed visits: 25 visits = 40 hours - OT ExemptHours are guaranteed if 25 visits or more are completed COVID Exemptions permitted Mileage between patients- IRS StandardPlease Note: Rate may change based on coverage territory and experience** Accepting pending CA license.
