We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated BCBA to join our team at New Patterns ABA - CT. About the Role:

As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for our clients. This is a BCBA opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with autism and their families. You will work closely with our team of experienced therapists, psychologists, and educators to provide high-quality ABA services that cater to each client's unique needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client strengths, challenges, and goals

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including behavior reduction and skill acquisition strategies

• Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients in their homes and community settings

• Collaborate with clients, families, and other team members to ensure effective communication and goal attainment

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or BCaBA certification

• Minimum of 0 years of experience in ABA therapy, with a strong desire to learn and grow

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively with diverse client populations and families

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Familiarity with DTT (Discrete Trial Training) and Family Training programs
