PT - Support Associate

Overview Join the retail team at Tory Burch as an associate supporting front‑of‑the‑house and back‑of‑the‑house operations. This Role is Tailor‑Made for You You are a flexible individual who is comfortable multi‑tasking in a fast‑paced environment with constantly changing priorities, supporting front‑of‑the‑house and back‑of‑the‑house operations. You’re also resourceful and collaborative, highly motivated and efficient. A sense of humor is a plus! A Day in the Life Greeter, runner, cashier, answering phones. Understanding and executing operational policies and procedures. Packing/unpacking shipments, coordinating product flow. Organizing the stock room to support store operations. To Land This Role One-to-two years of experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment. Stock‑related experience is a plus. Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts. Occasional overnight travel may be required. Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods.
