About the Role Great digital agencies are built on a foundation of versatile, hungry talent. The Junior Digital Designer role is our generalist track—designed for creatives who love doing a little bit of everything. Working directly under our Lead Designer, you will be the dynamic support engine for our senior creatives, getting hands-on experience with branding, UI/UX, and marketing design. Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day: Produce Digital Assets: Adapt and resize existing core designs for different platforms (e.g., turning a hero website image into Instagram Stories, LinkedIn banners, and email headers). Presentation Design: Help the Design Director and Marketing Director build beautiful, brand-aligned pitch decks and client presentations. Web & UI Support: Assist the UI/UX and Web Designers by exporting assets, organizing Figma files, creating icons, and building basic page layouts in CMS platforms. Brand Maintenance: Act as the guardian of the pixel, ensuring all daily outputs strictly adhere to the established brand guidelines of our diverse client roster. Here’s what we’re looking for: 0–3 years of design experience. (Recent graduates or self-taught designers with strong, modern portfolios are highly encouraged to apply!). A versatile portfolio showing a mix of digital graphics, layout design, and a solid grasp of typography and color theory. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma. A collaborative mindset, a thick skin for constructive design critiques, and a relentless eagerness to learn from senior team members. Bonus points if you have: Experience with basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro) or simple animation/GIF creation. Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills. $50,000–$60,000/yr base salary (or $25–$30/hr contract rate), plus dedicated 1-on-1 mentorship designed to help you quickly advance to a mid-level role, and flexible hybrid scheduling.
