We're ready to start generating your future today. The Associate is an onsite client-facing role that supports Point B by leading small projects or a workstream within a larger program. The Associate is accountable for planning and managing the work of their workstream, identifying, and managing risks and issues, developing documentation, and engaging with the project team and clients to achieve project goals.RESPONSIBILITIES:Decision Making and InfluenceWorks on client-facing or internal projects under the general supervision of engagement leaders, project leaders, or workstream leadersSupports engagement teams and clients across the lifecycle of engagementsContributes to the development of client-facing solutions or internal processes and capabilitiesClient Service DeliveryPlans, designs, and implements project/workstream plans with minimal oversightDevelops project management artifacts, including workback schedules, dependency diagrams, issue/risk logs, etc.Conducts data analysis to support project findingsDevelops project deliverables and documentation in support of business objectivesPlans and facilitates effective project meetings, driving discussions to a necessary resolutionCollaborates effectively with business leaders, project, and technical teamsCommunicates clearly and proactively to peers and client stakeholdersBusiness DevelopmentListens for client needs, can speak to Point B capabilities (services, products, etc.) at a high level, and pulls in the right support when a client need is identifiedOpportunistically engages in business development efforts by listening to client needs and engaging with the engagement/account leadership team to support growthBuilds relationships through exceptional client service delivery and maintains relationships to support Point B business developmentLeadershipSupports team effort and builds authentic relationships with individuals in work groups and teamsProactively seeks ways to support team members and help other associates and clients achieve their professional goalsConsistently demonstrates and lives Point B valuesIntellectual CapitalContributes to firm-wide operational initiatives to improve delivery methodologies and/or offeringsContinuously grows depth of personal expertise in Service Line capability and/or industry practicesContributes to the development of other intellectual capital initiativesOther duties as assignedREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:• B.A. or B.S. required• 2 years of relevant experience • Ability to work on-site as requested• Ability to work remotely• Ability to travel up to 80%• Ability to work non-standard work hours as necessaryDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:• MBA desired• Demonstrated project management (PM) capability working with business and technology projects• PM experience for small engagements or work stream lead for a program• Experience with multiple PM frameworks and tools: Agile, SDLC, Waterfall• Experience with one or more service line capabilities• Experience with more than one relevant industrCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:The estimated salary range for this role is $69,000- $138,000 USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable. Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications where applicable. Bonuses are awarded at Point B’s discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.Employees hired on or after October 1 are not eligible to participate in the current year’s bonus or merit increase cycle.
