About Montefiore Medical Center Montefiore Medical Center is a busy major academic institution serving a diverse urban and suburban population and is the primary teaching hospital for the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Imaging equipment is state of the art. Position Overview The Montefiore Department of Radiology is seeking an ABR-Certified or Eligible Radiologist to join the Cardiothoracic Imaging Division for a full‑time position. The team covers the Heart Center, Cancer Center, Pediatric Heart Center, Inpatient, Emergency, and Outpatient Imaging. The division also participates in a growing ACR‑accredited lung cancer screening initiative and both heart and lung transplant programs. Responsibilities Provide coverage across the Heart Center, Cancer Center, Pediatric Heart Center, Inpatient, Emergency, and Outpatient Imaging. Interpret CT and MR studies for both pulmonary and cardiovascular indications and perform chest radiography. Mentor highly specialized practice areas and conduct research. Educate and supervise two fellows and oversee chest and cardiac rotations and curriculum for radiology residents. Qualifications ABR-certified or eligible fellowship trained cardiothoracic radiologist. Proficient in CT and MR for both pulmonary and cardiovascular indications. Mastery of chest radiography.
