Join our Team as a Logistics Coordinator!

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and a natural problem-solver? Do you have a passion for logistics and supply chain management? H&M Bay seeks organized, detail-oriented problem-solvers for the Logistics Coordinator role in Federalsburg, MD. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient movement of goods throughout our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
Manage and optimize logistics processes
Track and analyze logistics data
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve logistics issues
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Familiarity with logistics software and tools
Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or relevant field a plus.
We are willing to train individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

Working Environment:

This onsite position offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
