Pursuits Coordinator

Business Development & Pursuits Coordinator CPH is a multi-disciplinary Engineering and Architecture firm that ranks in the nation’s Top 500 Design Firms by ENR Magazine. We are seeking a Business Development & Pursuits Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Orlando, Florida. This is an in‑office position based in Orlando, FL. Responsibilities Collaborate with internal teams to support business development outreach, proposal initiatives, campaign content creation, and client‑facing materials. Produce high‑quality proposals using Adobe InDesign, including tailored resumes, project profile sheets, and custom responses in coordination with the Architectural and Business Development Lead. Conduct research on potential clients, projects, competitors, and market trends to support business development and pursuit strategies. Manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Ensure all communications and business development materials align with CPH’s branding standards. Review RFP/RFQ documents and draft contracts in preparation of proposals. Track opportunities, maintain accurate pursuit data, and monitor the sales pipeline in Deltek VantagePoint (CRM). Assist in creating and maintaining marketing collateral such as project profiles, staff resumes, and brochures. Monitor pursuit outcomes and support accurate pipeline data for reporting and forecasting. Support the firm’s social media efforts to maintain a regular online presence. Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visual and digital materials; create and edit basic graphics or layouts as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, business development, or a similar role (experience in the architecture/engineering/construction industry is a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Adobe InDesign and Acrobat). Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Experience managing digital content and social media platforms, including use of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure engagement and effectiveness. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to exercise critical thinking, sound judgment, and work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality, client‑focused deliverables. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
