What You'll Be Doing Advanced Legal Research & Writing Draft dispositive motions Prepare appellate briefs Develop class and collective certification briefing Research emerging legal issues Prepare legal memoranda and strategy analyses Draft discovery-related motions and responses Litigation Strategy Analyze complex factual and legal issues Develop persuasive litigation positions Collaborate with trial attorneys on case strategy Evaluate risk and litigation exposure Assist in preparing cases through trial and appeal Case Involvement Depending on experience and interest, opportunities may include: Depositions Motion hearings Oral argument Client strategy discussions Case management responsibilities Candidates do not need prior wage and hour experience to be successful in this role.
